A while back I was in Chicago for the weekend. Me and Ayo stayed at my Mom's crib, and my Niece was over to visit. Yesterday, me and my homie had an impromptu BBQ by the crib. It was a feast to say the least wit a good array of artery-cloggers to go around, and minimal vegetable intake (Mary J and Corn, more of one than the other). On the heels of the Halloween holiday, I deem it necessary to say I'm not a fan of the holiday in particular. Not only because my semi-religious sensibilities are offended, it's also that it seems a bit off-kilter to have children mass consume candy and overpriced costumes to celebrate a holiday with no real principles behind it. (I mean damn Black kids barely know what Kwanzaa is) I have never worn a costume and went trick-or-treating in my life, though I have done my share of egg throwin and paintball poppin' on Halloween. This year I decided to go a few parties over the weekend and one of them happened to be a costume shindig...I kinda dressed up, here are some pics. I was goin for Rick Ross wit da costume, but due to my lack of beard girth I was repeatedly called Flo-Rida (smh...well damn)...anyways get low and push it to the limit
